You hear you need to listen to your body but you don't know what that means or where to start. You're not sure how much time it will take to start researching what a holistic lifestyle entails and how it would actually benefit you.
You might be thinking great this will take years to learn and I don't have the time. You are right. It can take years to learn and will take hours if you try and piece together various traditions and ancient teachings yourself. Trust me, I've done that!
You don't know who to ask to get started. There is so much information out there it's hard to know what will work for you!
Imagine dramatically reducing your stress and anxiety around your health and wellness.
Unlike other programs that treat the body as separate components, learning to blend mind and body practices together works because it gives you lasting results that evolve as you do.
Let 2020 be the year you start to develop a deeper relationship with yourself and in turn develop deeper connections in your life.
The seasonal living collective spring edition is here and our overall theme will be time management. Time or our perception of it has been the biggest reason we don’t make space for ourselves, especially as mamas. My goal with the spring edition is to help each and every person in the collective build a schedule that works in their life.
The right schedule and flow for YOU can literally fast track you to more energy, consistent workouts, and better eating habits. I felt called to create the collective to help women make time for themselves and to show them no matter their lifestyle there is time for you. Depending on what season of life you are in it might look different than you expected but there is time there.

The seasonal living collective spring edition is not only going to focus on time management we are also going to do a nourishing Ayurvedic cleanse together. Last year I had someone transform their life completely from doing her cleanse she lost 30 pounds, and dropped her smoking habit from a 30 day cleanse. The nourishing spring cleanse doesn’t require you to buy any shakes or products in Ayurveda it’s about getting back to the basics of eating.
Now is the time to join the spring collective if you’ve been struggling to make time for yourself and have no idea where to start. No matter your schedule you will get ideas on where to begin. Many times we think our schedules or lives will magically change without us doing anything different unfortunately they don’t. You have to take initiative to do something different if you are ready for something to change in your life.
I've never been able to stick to a consistent workout routine until working with Andrea. I can successfully say I now love yoga, and don't mind my quick 20 minute workouts. Plus was able to lose 10 pounds.
After working with Andrea during pregnancy, I was able to compete and place 1st & 3rd in my first cross country ski race after I had my baby girl. She understood how to help me slow down & listen to my body during & after baby.
-Bronze Medal Olympian Caitlin Gregg
After working with Andrea, I was able to lose 11 pounds in 2 months & still enjoy wine!"
- Lacey S.
I ended up healthier after my son was born than before pregnancy.
After working with Andrea, I was able to treat my debilitating heartburn naturally, no medications or doctor appointments needed. I'm so grateful for the experience.
Andrea has been in the wellness community for over 13 years as an Ayurvedic wellness counselor, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and pre/postpartum specialist. She also has a bachelors degree in sports & exercise science and psychology. Finally she is a proud wife & mama to an active 4 year old boy.
Over the past 13 years Andrea has helped thousands of women transform their health. She has done this by giving her clients small habit changes to implement into their lives. These small habits lead to lasting changes. Andrea's goal is to help you evolve into the person you want to become.
Why Andrea loves coaching Ayurvedic techniques?
She has found since she started living seasonally her health and awareness of her body started to shift. Andrea started having lasting energy, better digestion and consistent routines. At it's core Ayurveda is a seasonal medicine system.
Andrea wanted to share with other mamas tools to help YOU find your balance, add more movement into your day & live more in flow with nature. With each new quarter brings new energy and new chances to live in tune with nature & your own divine body wisdom.
